Company C had accumulated over 40 tonnes of non-conformance Linen to rag and replace with new stock

The rag value was virtually zero and replacement cost both financial and environmental were high.

The CEO had been told through an industry contact that there may be a method of reclaiming a large proportion of this rather than dispose and he contacted Regenex.

A trial was set up where he quantified the results for both quality and cost and he decided to proceed.

Over 40 tonnes was delivered to Regenex who managed to successfully reclaim over 30 tonnes, this was segregated into table linen, bed linen and towels and re-introduced into pool stock.
